Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms We ask that you give as much notice as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. You will lose 50% of the cost of treatment if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. If you wish to reschedule you can carry forward 25% of that forfeited treatment cost to your next treatment. We reserve the right to prevent clients from booking should they repeatedly book and cancel appointments at late notice.
